I ♥ design is my little island in the big www, where I share what I know, what I do, what I find, what I like and what I think (at least to some degree).
My name is Daniela, originally from Munich, Germany, now living in the Pacific Northwest. I have worked as Designer in the Global Sport Apparel Industry since the mid 90s. Throughout those years, I held leadership positions at Adidas, Nike and Columbia Sportswear where, with the help of countless talented individuals, I created hundreds of financially successful performance apparel designs.
I must have creative ADHD, because I just have to learn new things all the time. So don’t expect this blog to be all about sport design, or natural dyes, or all about sewing or knitting or printing or graphic design. It’s all about what I am into. Right now.
